Fear Mongering!

So if wanted to “get out” of the dollar … how would I do it? Could I take my paycheck to the currency exchange every two weeks and get Euros? Could I get a European credit card? How does one stop using the currency of their nation?
My only criticism of the video is that there is no standard … yes the graph shows a dramatic up-curve, but it doesn’t say how high is too high. How much can we sustain? Are we past the point of no return?

If you want to “get out” of the dollar, you can buy a dollar-bear fund, foreign equities, or a foreign denominated bond. Ever-bank.com also offers CDs and online savings in foreign currencies.
That said, this video is pretty one sided and probably not true.
